At Energy First, Fitness, we’ve poured years of expertise and testing into every guide, tool, and AI-powered support system to ensure you receive the highest-value experience. Because of the nature of digital content, instant access, and downloadable materials, we maintain the following policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate access and digital delivery of our programs, memberships, PDFs, and AI tools — all purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
The Energy First, Fitness Second™ 7-Day Reset PDF
The Energy Vault (lifetime access)
The Energy Club Pro™ Membership
The Energy Coach Chatbot™
All upsells, digital downloads, templates, AI GPT tools, or planners
2. Why No Refunds?
Our products are digital and grant you immediate access to proprietary systems, methods, prompts, and AI agents that cannot be “returned.” As such, we do not offer refunds to maintain the integrity of our work and protect our intellectual property.
We believe in full transparency — so please review all product descriptions, FAQs, and previews before making your purchase.
3. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your Energy Club Pro™ monthly membership at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You’ll retain access through the end of your current term.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We will only consider refund requests in cases of:
Duplicate charges due to technical error
Accidental multiple purchases of the same product

5. Dispute Policy
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in a permanent ban from all current and future Energy First, Fitness Second™ programs, tools, or offerings.
